The meeting place is actually a business where the tuk tuks leave from. They are not specific about” the meeting place” they say opposite to La Monumental yet it is actually to the side opposite the La Monumental! We arrived 45 minutes before our start time and we stood opposite the La Monumental as directed and were told the driver will meet you there, so we were looking for a tuk tuk and at 10.00 our pick up time no tuk tuk appeared. At 10.15 while we were trying to find a Viator contact number , the provider called and said we were late! We told the lady we were exactly where the instructions told us to be for an hour and that their driver hasn’t shown up anywhere near the address. The woman then says she can see us ! They had a garage opposite the side of the La Monumental! We protested about her attitude and she said it was close enough to the front. It clearly is not opposite! They set us on our way with a driver and said they would ensure our tour was the full two hours. Firstly, it wasn’t two hours it was 1 hour fifty minutes. Secondly, the driver, while trying and doing his best, he was Georgian Russian and his English was average and his delivery was poor. He was a safe driver and he was cordial. We did tip him. The whole business is poorly run with young people lounging lazy around the garage and not depicting a strong tourist business. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

What a great time I had with my guide. His knowledge of the city was unbelievable. He also was a very safe driver!

We had warm welcomes when we got there. They explained the sites and places we were going to see. Our driver explained clearly what we were seeing. Took time to take pictures, answered any question asked about sightings. We had amazing experience. So many sightings in least amount of time in this beautiful Barcelona City. Highly recommended to maximize your time. 5-Stars

Book early when in Barcelona because this is a rare opportunity. Tuk Tuk were recently given approval to operate, so there are only 3 or 4 companies offering this service, as of Sept. 2026. We booked for 12 people in 3 different vehicles. Everyone loved it. Guides were knowledgeable. And spoke English well, which was a plus (and a huge concern if they didn't.) My husband and I like the Tuk Tuk service more than the hop on hop off bus service because it it more personal. The guide will go more indepth into sharing information if you ask questions. There's opportunity to interact and engage and even share a few laughs with the tour guide. Some guides will even allow you to get off at a particular site. You still only have the allotted time, but it makes each tour uniquely yours. Also another difference when compared to the Hop on hop off bus tour is that the Tuk Tuk is only for you. It's a private tour. The driver will wait for you and you don't have to wait for the next bus to come along. We still saw major attractions and were able to get some great photos!

This tour was fabulous. We didnit on our first day in Barcelona and it really gave us the lay of the city and helped us on the rest of our days in Barcelona. The driver suggested restaurants and areas to see too. It started right across the street from the old bull ring so we got to see that area too.

Really fun to ride in the tuk tuk. Great tour guide and driver. Loved visiting Barcelona. Bit of a trek to get into town from the cruise port. Would be great if tuk tuk could pick us up from the World Trade Centre though.

It was great experience. I was happy that chose this excursion. Tuk tuk was very comfortable, all highlights were seen :)

We had a wonderful time exploring Barcelona with our friends, and a big part of the experience was thanks to our fantastic guide, Andrey. He gave us a very interesting and engaging one-and-a-half-hour tour around the city’s main sights. Andrey was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour both informative and enjoyable. He shared lots of interesting stories and details about Barcelona that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Highly recommend this tour and especially Andrey as a guide! It was a great experience and a perfect way to get to know Barcelona.
