Our train from Cordoba was delayed and we did not get to Barcelona in time for our tour. What was disappointing was we contacted Viator customer services 6 hours in advance to advise of this and although they contacted the provider they would not even consider moving to the following day. If they had advised they were full and couldn’t accommodate the following afternoon that would have been understandable but they wouldn’t even look at for us as we were outside the ‘cancellation period of 24 hours’. Very disappointing.

As there were 5 of us in our party, we needed 2x tuk tuks. Friends who had the lady Guide had a great informative experience- 5 star! Those of us who had a male guide (didn’t get his name) had a very poor experience- were given very little information during the 2 hour ride! Would not recommend in case people get the same male ‘guide’
