Great family fun thanks to Kristiano who ably demonstrated the art of making pasta in a convivial setting. The opportunity to make our own ravioli & fettuccine & tiramisu was very enjoyable & informative. At the end of the class we downed the fruits of our labour along with vino & Prosecco, so all in all, v good value. Nice way to meet fellow travellers too.
I would highly recommend this experience. Noemi was welcoming and an excellent tutor with lots of patience. She broke down the process of making pasta and tiramisu into easy to follow steps and took her time guiding us through. When my daughter dropped her pasta dough on the floor she kindly allowed her to start again, even though it meant sending out for more eggs. Throughout there were ample refreshments. The experience culminated in eating a hearty lunch, consisting of the 2 types pasta and the tiramisu we had just made, washed down with a delicious glass of wine.
Noemi was amazing! From the moment I arrived she made me feel welcomed and comfortable! Despite the fact that I was attending solo. I left feeling like I had made friends. I met a small but lovely group of people from all over the world. She was slow enough and repeated instructions and was wonderful at sharing feedback and suggestions. She is a great instructor and I feel confident that I can go back to my country and remake these delicious dishes. Thank you Noemi for your wonderful teaching and guidance. The night was wonderful! I highly recommend a class with Noemi. A fun night in Lecce!
Noemi gave us a fantastic tour of the italian kitchen. We felt welcomed and she took great care of us. It was so much fun and she gave us good guidence. Highly recommend! The food was really good, and the wine fit nicely with it. Being a part of making it felt great, and we got a lot of tips and tricks to make it at home!
