Absolutely loved our experience of the Mount Eden and black sands tour. Our guide Tom was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and helpful. He helped us see the most scenic and picturesque spots at all locations. Highly recommended!
Tom is a friendly, engaging and earnest guide who ensures guests are well-looked after. He will tailor his tour to preferences mentioned beforehand. He drives safely and is punctual. He knows enough of the sights of Auckland.

Tom was fantastic. Communicative before hand, very willing to tailor and adjust based on your needs/desires. Highly recommend him. Gave good insights on Mt Eden and plenty of private time to enjoy the black sands at Black Sands Beach. Waterfalls were also beautiful. He accommodated a detour on the way back to a bakery (Levain in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland) so we could try their award winning meat pies. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Tom on our Auckland tour yesterday. Despite foggy, rainy weather, he made the day smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. He arrived 15 minutes early, so everything started seamlessly. When the road to Karekare Falls was blocked, Tom went the extra mile—literally—taking a longer route so we wouldn’t miss it. We also had plenty of time to explore the black sand beach, take photos, and enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Tom truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend—you will not be disappointed!

What a wonderful experience being chauffeured around to all of the very best sites that Auckland had to offer. Tom was very knowledgeable about each of the location, knew exactly how to find the extra special parking spots save no us a lot of unnecessary time spent walking so that we could spend more time enjoying the views. Tom was courteous, prompt, and a pleasure to spend the afternoon with. You would be lucky to get him as your tour guide for your special day !

Tom was fabulous and so was the excursion. He picked us up promptly from our hotel. Along the way to our destinations, Tom shared his knowledge about the history and curent happenings about the places we were going to see. My husband has some mobility challenges; Tom walked with him wherever we went and made sure he safely made it to the sites. We could not ask for a better guide.
