We had a fantastic experience with Enzoy Tour Operator visiting Black Sand Piha Beach and the waterfalls. Our guide, Babu, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the whole trip. He made the tour enjoyable, shared interesting information, and made sure we were comfortable along the way. The scenery was beautiful, especially Piha Beach and the waterfalls. Everything was well organized, and Babu’s warm personality made the day even more memorable. Thank you, Babu, and Enzoy Tour Operator for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing tour with Babu. There were only the two of us so had a very pleasant comfortable drive to the falls and the beach in Babu's car. Babu was kind and very knowledgable and easy to chat to. The walk to the falls is about 3km, Babu took us on the newer gentle boardwalk with a shorter length of the more steep walking path and steps compared the original route. Bottom of steps was a little muddy so best advice is to have good all weather non slip footwear just in case. Beautiful falls, spots for good photos and plenty of time to enjoy the black sands and Lions Rock at Piha beach.

This is what all tours, tour guides should aspire to. Babu was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and a true joy to spend a day with learning about New Zealand. Thank you again Babu!!

Babu was awesome! He eas very knowledgeable and ensured everything was enjoyable, and kept a close eye on safety during the hiking portions. 10/10 guide! It was a perfect choice for my last day in Auckland with a late evening flight.

Communication with the tour company and guide during the day were great, comfortable transport, and time spent at locations were adequate and flexibile. The itinery stated at kitekite falls you could walk to the top or bottom, the top was not mentioned(not sure if it was possible?). The guide needed persistant affirmation to walk to the bottom with me but i couldnt go only halfway. Ample time to explore at the Black beach and a quick stop for lunch. A great morning well spent

Piha beach and the hike were beautiful. A definite must see. Our guide was fantastic and very accommodating.

Highly recommend this tour and our guide Babu! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the day. Hotel pickup and drop-off was a great convenience. We hiked through lush rainforest terrain, learning about the trees and birds along the way, before arriving at a breathtaking waterfall. Next was the stunning Black Sand Beach at Piha — a tranquil stretch of fine, glistening black sand. We finished at the Information Centre, where we sampled local honey, learned a bit about New Zealand culture, and enjoyed incredible views. An excellent experience from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such a great experience! I know this is advertised as a group experience, but I actually was the only person booked on and the tour still went ahead. Super knowledgeable guide and I got some incredible photos- and we even did an extra stop on the tour as I did the hike more quickly than a full group would have done. Definitely great value for money!

Babu was a fantastic tour guide. From the moment he picked us up at our hotel until the moment he returned us he was knowledgeable, patient and most of all, fun. The hike to Kitekite Falls was beautiful and Babu gave us much information about the rainforest and what we were seeing in front of our eyes. I would highly recommend this tour.

It was quite an enjoyable experience seeing the Kitekite falls and the Piha beach. What made it a stand out experience, however, was the presence of our tour guide, Babu who made us all feel welcome and guided us through the journey with his expertise and knowledge about the places we visited.
