We visited Albea Winery on 1st October for a wine-tasting experience, and it was absolutely fantastic! Our guide, Nico, was incredibly passionate and knowledgeable. He shared so much fascinating information about the local wines, the region, and the winemaking process, making the whole experience both enjoyable and informative. We had the pleasure of tasting seven beautiful wines, including a wonderful selection of whites, rosé and reds. The tasting takes place surrounded by the history of the wine museum, and Nico also takes you around the museum, explaining its history and showing you how the wines are produced. The combination of the wine tasting, the museum, and Nico’s enthusiasm made this a really memorable experience. If you’re visiting Alberobello, this experience is definitely a must!

We did a tour and wine tasting in the Albea wine museum and tasting. Our host was Nico who enthusiastically showed us around and told us a lot about the process of winemaking. We have also been able to taste various red, white and pink wines with a detailed explanation. In short, if you are in Alberobello then a visit to Albea winery is definitely worthwhile.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Cantina Museo Albea. It was one of the best wine tastings I've ever had. A special thank you to Nico, who gave us an outstanding tour of the winery. He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and made the entire experience both enjoyable and educational. After the winery tour, he took us to the vineyard, where we tasted a selection of excellent local wines while learning about the wine traditions of Puglia and the history of the region. The vineyard itself is beautiful and perfectly set up for wine tastings, creating a relaxing and unforgettable atmosphere. Beyond the excellent wines, what made this experience truly special was meeting such warm and genuine people who clearly love what they do. If you're visiting Alberobello or the surrounding area, I can't recommend this experience enough. Thank you, Nico, for making it such a memorable day!

We had the absolute pleasure of a most wonderful evening with Nico We were picked up from our hotel and taken first for a tour of the Catina Museo Albea where we spent half an hour learning about the rich history and heritage of the local wine and vinyard industry with a tour. Then onto a beautiful vineyard lit up with fairy lights and Nico rolled out his map and brought Puglia to life with so much passion and joy and patience for all our questions Each wine tasted was Bellissimo and the food pairings were delicious, with cheese, cold meats, a pasta dish and focaccia all served under the moonlight. Genuinely a highlight of our holiday and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an authentic experience.

Fabulous afternoon spent with the wonderful Nico. Such passion, passed on with a thorough understanding of the wine industry and the part Albea plays. Nico has an aptitude to inform whilst not telling. Such a special insight into both the history and where the future lies. Super wines too!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Wine Experience in Alberobello We visited Albea Winery as part of a birthday celebration, and it was without doubt one of the most interesting, enjoyable and memorable wine experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere of the winery was warm and inviting, with the scent of oak barrels and aging wine adding to the sense of authenticity. The combination of the museum, filled with fascinating artifacts and stories from the region’s winemaking past, the history of winemaking in the region, and the visit to the winery itself made the experience truly unique. It was fascinating to learn about the traditions and heritage behind the wines before discovering and tasting them. The wines were absolutely fantastic, showcasing the character and quality of Puglia, and the tasting was both informative and enjoyable. Each wine revealed its own personality, and being able to savor the aromas and flavors while hearing the stories behind them made the experience even more memorable. A special thank you to Nico and Sabri, who made the experience even more memorable. Their passion, knowledge and enthusiasm were infectious, and they took the time to explain everything in a way that was engaging, welcoming and never rushed. They made us feel genuinely valued as guests and helped make Robert’s birthday extra special. If you are visiting Alberobello, this is an experience not to be missed. We left with a much deeper appreciation of the history, culture and wines of the region. Highly recommended and easily deserving of five stars!
