I used the free shuttle service of Vialand Theme Park, and everything was included! My ticket, the rides, and all the attractions—I was able to enjoy everything. They took me there and brought me back, and I was really satisfied with the experience!
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Vialand Theme Park offers great attractions, friendly staff, and excellent value. The complimentary shuttle service was punctual and made transportation incredibly easy. A must-visit attraction in Istanbul!
After buying my ticket, I used the Hop-On Hop-Off company's shuttle service in Taksim. It was great that it was located in Taksim Square, and it was convenient. After using the air-conditioned and comfortable shuttle service, I had a fun time at the theme park.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my Vialand theme park booking. When I made the booking, I was clearly promised transportation to and from my location. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled. No transportation was provided either on the way to the park or on the return journey. As a result, I had to pay for multiple taxi rides at my own expense, which significantly increased the cost of our trip. More importantly, my children became exhausted from all the unnecessary travelling and were unable to fully enjoy the theme park experience. What should have been a fun family day turned into a stressful and frustrating experience because your company failed to deliver the service that was advertised and promised. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to a failure to provide the service that I paid for. I am requesting a full refund of my booking, as well as reimbursement for the additional transportation costs I incurred due to your failure to provide the agreed transfer service. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels and will also share my experience through public reviews to help other customers make informed decisions. I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
