The guide Dori was very nice and attentive to all travelers experience. We really appreciated the funfacts about the South of Albania. The busdriver drove very safely and we felt save in the bus while he was driving the winding roads up and down the mountains. We really recommend this tour if you are staying in Durres and want a daytrip further down south The duration of every stop is just perfect. The price if really worth the experience.

Aninla was very helpful . She did her best to mske sure everyone was ok. I would have liked more information of the areas we were passing through,such as looking down from the road at one point , was a fish or mussle farm . It would have been ni e if she jad pointed this out for everyone on the trip. She is a lovely young lady and this is the only comment I have against the day

Considering the cost, it is a passable option. Dori, our guide, was really good and patient, both with the usual latecomers in the group who never respected the return times, and with us who did not speak English very well. It is a pity that the stop time was very short everywhere, except in Ksamil. The place we preferred was the Blue Eye, which considering that they gave us an hour to visit it but it takes 30 minutes to get there and just as many to return from the arrival point to where the spring is located, it goes without saying that in the end you do not have enough time to see the place. We also spent €7 each to use the little train service, which took you to the spot in 10 minutes. But even there you had departure times, so by the time the train arrives etc., in the end we were at the spring for about 15 minutes. Instead, Ksamil, so renowned as the Maldives of the Adriatic, really disappointed us. They accompanied us to the public beach, a sad little patch and already quite crowded, not even with sand but stones. The only nice thing was the sea, which is actually very clear and a beautiful color. But nothing exceptional. 3 hours of time before returning to the bus to decide whether to sunbathe there or visit the city. Time that I would have more willingly spent staying in the previous stop, honestly. Saranda the same, 30 min of time to be near the beach.. same style as Ksamil but bigger. At 6 PM then you certainly don't start sunbathing, so a somewhat useless stop. For the little that we managed to see of the city in those 30 min I would say that it is very cute. In short, we left at 7 in the morning (bus 20 min late) and returned home at 10:45 PM, in addition to the cost of the trip obviously the little train and various stops at highway rest areas and lunch... I would say that it is not an experience that we will repeat.

I went with epic tours although my trip was cancelled at the last minute because the bus was full for the Saranda trip a lady called Amela was our guide. This lady looked after every one of us making sure we had a nice trip can’t fault her at all she gave me a alternative trip and put herself out to get me picked up at my location have to say the driver was really good he knew how to handle them roads overall this was a pleasant experience and would definitely use again

Excellent way to see a lot of beautiful Albania. Comfortable over the road bus. Driver should wear headset for hands-free phone calling. Really long day, pickup at 6:30 return 22:30. Guide requires more training. Guide requires improved language skills, more knowledge of what we are seeing, organization skills, and more of a take charge personality.

Our trip was cancelled 13 hours in advance. Priceless. Didn't get any contact via the chat either..

The crowd felt like family because we looked out for each other. Nella was just exceptionally good, she was so informative and made sure she was clear and everyone understood. She was the light of the journey, she made the experience so much better as she was helping in any way she could. To be honest, the fee was worth the trip. We did spend all day out but we made lifelong memories and captured beautiful moments ♡♡. The driver and Nella was such a good team, which made the trip much easier smoother and more enjoyable. The best part was they always direct with instructions and gave time for meals, recess and picture taking....aww Nella and the driver even helped capturing pictures... Thank you so much guys, you made the visit so memorable and just great..♡♡:)
