The tour was great, led by our fabulous tour guide Marsia. We saw all the important sites and learned about the history in the process. Would definitely recommend this trip.

We spent an exceptional day with Marsia. She is an English-speaking and French-speaking guide (rare in Albania). She knows the country, places and people perfectly, which makes the experience even more authentic. His explanations are clear, exciting and always full of interesting anecdotes. I recommend it 200%, you can reserve with your eyes closed.:-)

A little skeptical for my 12 and 10 year olds but finally everyone liked it. Great guide (Marzia): Dynamic, friendly and speaks very good French. Visit the castle, a bunker, the bazaar, a prestigious house (rated the most beautiful in the Balkans). 1 hour of free time for lunch. Everything is included. Except water and lunch and the train 3rd per person per trip (7min) in blue eye (but free option: walk 25min).

Marisa was fabulous…however the tour itself was not prepared correctly. The description of the tour said “private “.. it was not.. we found out ahead of time…emailed company, however they did not directly give me a response..However 3 other guests..who thought this was a private tour, also..took their time and arrived 1 hour after starting time!! The tour should have waited a max of 1/2 hour after starting time.. not 1 hour ..sitting in a van!! The company should take the word “private “ out of their description.

Fun and interesting tour with our nice guide Marsia. We booked outside high season and therefore got the tour to ourselves and did not have to queue for anything. Marsia was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had a great day!

Loved the castle, history, and town experiences. Wonderful guide, everything was well planned and well executed for the day. Super cool time!

This was such a beautiful experience. If you love history and enjoy guided tours through old historic towns, you will absolutely love this. What made it feel especially perfect was how easily we were able to access places like the bunker and the castle without waiting in long lines. Our guide Marsia was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and very insightful. She truly knew her history and took the time to answer all of our questions. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for traditional foods, which we really appreciated. Also, since they offer free pickup from any hotel or home in Saranda, they reached out to me through WhatsApp prior to the tour and we communicated pick up time. They picked us up directly from our hotel, which made the experience incredibly convenient. The drive was about 45 minutes and very comfortable with air conditioning. Along the way, the guide shared interesting bits of history and background about the area, making the ride both informative and enjoyable. There is quite a bit of walking involved, so I definitely recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, along with a hat. Bringing a mini fan was a lifesaver and something I’m very glad I had! The price was absolutely worth it for the experience, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and great from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend.

The trip was amazing, the guide , Noel, was really informative and professional, he gave a really great and comprehensive insight into thw Albanian history, the castle and the culture, The monastery along the way was connected to Berat Monastery and the similarities were striking, and the place beautiful,,, The castle was a whole other story, so many places to explore n see, we spent whole two hours gping from one place to another around the castle, then walked around the bazaar, n went to a resturant, Kodra, awesome view, tho they only accepted cash.. Some places in the bazzar r more expensive than the others, so check a few before buying something, if u want to get a good deal. All in all the trip was unforgettable, a lot of walking, and sweating but the weather was rainy so we were good, Everything was nicely planned and arranged so 10/10 will want to come again
