★★★★★ A beautiful and completely successful trip! Booking with Andreea at the travel agency near the Ephesia Hotel Beach in Kuşadası was uncomplicated and everything worked smoothly. The small group was very pleasant. The Russian-speaking tour guide Jhanna was very nice and super helpful and explained the history of this region. Unfortunately, the travertines were dried up due to the weather – the tour operator is of course not responsible for that. Overall absolutely recommended! ❤️

A good thermal experience, but not 5-star
A good thermal experience, but not 5-star
The hotel is clearly showing its age and, in my opinion, falls short of what I would expect from a modern 5-star property. That said, the thermal facilities are the real strength. The pools are enjoyable and the mud baths are definitely worth experiencing.
Unfortunately, the buffet lunch was a major disappointment. The choice was limited, the food was cold and the service was poor. Drinks were also charged at more than double the prices we had been paying locally, which felt excessive and unnecessary.
Overall, I would recommend Pam Thermal for the thermal pools and mud baths, but not for the hotel or dining experience. The facilities have potential, but the hotel would benefit from some investment and a significant improvement in its food and service.

Spectacular experience
Pamukkale worths the longer drive from kusadasi. Relaxing mudbaths and the amazing terracces with pools and the ancient ruins are amazing. Great group tour and friendly service for a correct price.

A very good value for money experience
I highly recommend going on this excursion, it is a full day trip that starts with a mud bath in a spa, followed by a tasty lunch buffet before proceeding to the spectacular ancient city of Hierapolis and seeing the beautiful travertines in Pamukkale. We also made a stop in an onyx shop and leather shop. Watch out not to go on an impulse buy, like I did! It is easily done. Our guide Ilknur was informative and friendly and gave us the right amount of information and of free time. I had a lovely time even though I took the trip solo. Thanks for the great experience.

Heiropolis and thermal baths of pamukkale
Went on a trip today to Pamakkale, visited the thermal spa, bathed in the hot pools and had lunch, then headed to heiropolis and walked in the travertines, great experience. Eren was our guide who was very knowledgable. Highly recommended tour. From kusadarsi it is 2 1/2 - 3 hours on a coach each way, but worth it. Don’t forget your hat and sunglasses, the white of the stone and water pools are bright. Also plenty of water.

An Honest Review
Our trip was good, but not exactly as advertised.
We met with New Happy Days at one of their offices in Kusadasi regarding a fishing trip, which they discussed would not be ideal this time of year and to instead to take a boat trip to some of the nearby islands which were part of a Turkiye National Park. We agreed to this and actually enjoyed this day trip.
As part of the arrangement, they also convinced us to book a second excursion to Pamukkale with them on the following day. We were already planning on visiting this area as we had rented a car for our week long trip and were going to drive ourselves. Their sell was that we would be much more comfortable in their Air Conditioned bus than us driving ourselves and would get additional value from the tour guide that would be joining. While we had no real complaints with the tour guide, we found that the bus was not up to the standards of their competitors (who had full size tour busses we parked next to). The seats were extremely small with little room in between, and I would compare most airplane cabins to have equal amount of room to this van. Additionally, some of the A/C vents were broken, which led to several others not in our group to complain about how cold they were being unable to adjust their individual vent. We also were taken to two additional places before arriving at Pamukkale. First was at a "hotel" for an included buffet lunch which while the food was good, getting something as simple as drinking water was an additional cost. The mud baths that were the selling point were not nearly as exciting as they were made out to be as well. Then we were taken to a store that specialized in Onyx, which was really just a place to sell some "magic rocks" as one person in our group mentioned.
Finally we arrived at Pamukkale, which is an incredible place to visit, before returning the 3 hour drive in the crowded, cramped bus back to our Kusadaski Hotel. If you are going with New Happy Days, take this feedback in mind, and if you have a car rental I would strongly advise driving yourself to Pumakkale as you will be much more comfortable than the undersized van for the 3 hour trip in each direction.
