What a wonderful evening with Livi and our chef from the restaurant. We wete extra lucky that it was only two of us because of the weather. We made our pasta from scratch and even put it through the pasta machine. The mystery of pasta is gone. We made two pasta dishes plus an appetizer. The class did not disappoint and was beyond my expectation. Take time for this fun class.
We had an incredible experience with Ellie and the Gabriel our chef who showed us how to make fresh pasta. It was amazing!!!

We made two pasta dishes:Caccia di Pepe and a red sauce both of which were delicious! We also made fried zucchini flowers with mozzarella which were also delicious. The chef was fun, our guide was great and translated what the chef was explaining in Italian.

We’ve been travelling through Italy for the past 2 weeks and this was probably the best night of our trip. Our guide, Ellie and the chef were incredible. They walked us through each step of the pasta making process, we then cooked the pasta and got to eat it at the end along with some incredible deserts. Would highly, highly recommend this cooking class for anyone visiting Rome.

An amazing experience with an exceptional team! We learned to make pasta from scratch and fried zucchini flowers with mozzarella and anchovy, then got to go in the restaurant’s kitchen and use our freshly made pasta to cook cacio e pepe and all’amatriciana pasta ourselves. We got to eat everything we made, plus an incredible dessert (and lots of wine)! Our guide, Ellie, was a 12 out of 10. She translated, took plenty of photos, and explained the history of the dishes and the surrounding area, and was an all-around amazing part of the experience. A must do!

This was such a fun experience. There were 3 of us, and we ended up having a private class since others that signed up didn’t show (their loss). Our guide and chef were fantastic, the food was excellent and we had a great conversation and learned a lot about the area. Everyone from the chef to the wait staff to our guide were so friendly and accommodating. If you are considering taking a class, I highly recommend this one!

What a great experience. The class was so much fun. It was refreshing to have a restaurant that is willing to let you take up space and product in their open restaurant to show you technique in making pasta but also give you a small history lesson on the food that you’re making and the influence the surrounding area had on the different recipes.
