Pickup at the cruise port was a rocky getting into contact with our ride, but all was forgiven with the hospitality of the Hammam. Welcoming and accommodating. Deep massages cost extra, but it was worth.

The experience was so wonderful, relaxing and authentic. The scrub and soap massage were so fun. We adored our full body massages and facials too. Only issue - the plunge pool was out of service so we didn’t use the sauna for as long as we would have liked

4 year returning to sultan for my Turkish bath experience. Best one yet! Staff are very welcoming and make for a warm experience. No pressure but for any of the service offered. The lovely lady from Bali who provided my massage was the best I’ve experienced yet! Will be back next year!

Had a lovely experience with all family. Kids has a mini experience and loved it. Staff very nice. Chill out area after with nice tea.

Lovely experience- Sauna, Turkish bath and scrub are fun and relaxing and the Massage is amazing. Massage is super professional and thorough.

The beautiful view has been covered by a screen which makes no sense. Also, we were hurried through the hamam because there were other people waiting and I didnt feel particularly clean when they were done.. However, Tia gave one of the best massages I have ever experienced and I felt amazing afterwards. I would go back again for her massage.
