I was very happy with our Casablanca departure transfer. Both the tour provider and the driver, Mustapha, confirmed our very early pickup time the day before, and on the day of, the driver even arrived a few minutes early and let us know he was there. He was kind, helpful, and offered us bottled water. The car was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The driver was safe and efficient. Drop off was seamless.
The transfer felt like a luxury experience and it was well worth the money. Highly recommend!

If all you need is to...
If all you need is to hire a driver, this tour is fine. Pros: pickup from airport and dropoff to hotel. The mosque is beautiful.
Cons: arrived 30 minutes late for pickup. AC barely working. No tour guide - just drop off/pickup from location. Tried to engage and ask questions in the car. Maybe it was the language barrier but got few answers and he spent most of his time on his phone while driving. He also tried to change/shorten the itinerary because “he went to all of those places yesterday” and mentioned a pharmacy which we disagreed to. The tour lists a bunch of markets but we only went to the Old Medina because the car broke down after Rick’s so we had to wait for another to come and were then dropped off to our hotel. Side note you cannot go into Rick’s without a reservation.

We spent a wonderful morning in Casablanca with our guide/driver Mohammed, who speaks perfect Italian. The guide picked us up directly at our apartment and accompanied us, telling us many anecdotes, to the iconic places of the city, including the Hassan II Mosque.
I highly recommend it.

Frustrated
Booked this tour during a cruiseport stop. Unfortunately our ship was unable to dock due to high waves at the cruise port. Inquired about a refund but was told they couldn't because they had already done all the planning and purchased the tickets. Instead they offered my a discount if I went through them directly on a future visit. I have tried contacting them multiple times via the email that they provided me and directly via their webpage chat bot as we are returning to Casablanca on an upcoming cruise. The emails get denied saying that it is spam and their webpage chat never responds. I've tried repeatedly to contact them with no success.

Youssef was on the phone constantly. He only pointed out the bank and the Mosque. Little if any information. The Mosque was amazing

Casablanca tour
Marwon our guide had little information to share and in some cases did not seem to know what he was showing us. He left us on our own and tried to finish the tour without taking us to some of the sites listed for the tour. He was basically a driver and not a guide.

Very disappointed
Not a guided tour as limited English. Taken to a Carpet shop not on itinerary. Itinerary not followed and quite inconsistent. Save your money and negotiate a tour by taxi
