Wonderful guide and history lesson about Notre Dame. No wait to enter and took our time exploring. Gorgeous - highly recommend!

There is no extra experience inside the cathedral. It is a personal walk around just as if you stood in line. No guides allowed inside. It does expedite the entrance and our guide provided very good details about the history of the church and the front facade. I thought we were going to get more access than general walk around. Not worth the cost. Not even close.

It took awhile to connect with our tour guide amongst hundreds of people. There needs to be more specific instructions on where to meet or have a designation for the tour company guide. I had to call, text, and use Chat to finally get connected with her. We had a tough time understanding our tour guide as her English was quite broken and we were a bit disappointed with the whole experience.

We enjoyed our tour with Daniel. He was very knowledgeable, funny and friendly. This tour highlighted the history including the fire and rebuilding of Notre Dame. Daniel had visuals on his iPad that provided us with a preview of important information about what we would be seeing once we were inside the cathedral. Daniel’s attention to organization resulted in a worthwhile and comprehensive one hour tour.

It was a wonderful experience! Ash was did a fantastic job of sharing the history of Notre Dame. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. He took the time to explain everything to us!

Guide was very pleasant with good knowledge level and good personality. It should be made clear that the inside tour is on your own but it does expedite entry. We thought there would be more than general access and walk around. Clearly Not really worth the expense.

Sasha was fabulous! His historical knowledge of the Notre Dame Cathedral was great. We recommend him highly.

Our experience was totally unacceptable. The tour guide (Zeybin) was 30 minutes late from our scheduled time and did not have a badge or any other documentation. when we entered the cathedral we were told she would meet us in the back. She had a problem with security in the cathedral and the security guard escorted her out of the cathedral. We ended up with no tour guide and no tour. We expect a full refund
