Be sure of your meeting point and be very early. Phone assistance was very poor. Meeting point directions could be clearer
The meeting point is provided in multiple places, including your booking confirmation, reminder emails, maps, and a detailed written description. Our customer service team made every effort to assist you through all available channels. We ask all guests to arrive 10–15 minutes before the tour starts, and ultimately it is each traveler's responsibility to allow sufficient time and ensure they arrive at the correct meeting location.
Worthwhile. It was helpful and informative. Knowledgeable guide. It was useful for using the time effectively.
Guide was very informative and attentive during St Chapelle portion of tour, but once inside Notre Dame tour felt rushed and not as informative. Tour ended half hour early. Not worth the price. Would not do again.
The tour guide was nice but she didn’t seem to have a grasp of Notre Dame history, she got distracted by talking about the Ottoman Empire. Would not recommend.

Anthony was an excellent guide. He engaged us with stories, symbolism, history, architecture, excitement, and reverence. He was respectful of both facilities Anthony put you right at ease, used your name, asked your plans, gave tips. The facilities were amazing, tour fascinating, explanations for artwork, symbolism, structure-the best.

The tour of the two churches was fantastic. Sainte-Chapelle is incredibly beautiful and our guide's background and information really brought it to life. We would not have gotten nearly as much out of the tour without his background and explanations. The Notre Dame Cathedral is also fascinating and the additional context and background he provided really made that worthwhile. Having a guide also allowed us to bypass the worst of the lines and made the waits at both places significantly shorter than they would have been on our own.
