I was led to believe that I would be able I would be able to choose between either Notre Dame or Sainte-Chapelle. I didn’t see anywhere that the choice needed to be made ahead of time. The other people on the tour told me they bought a tour for Notre Dame and there was no mention of Sainte-Chapelle. We had been to Notre Dame so we had out heart set on Sainte-Chapelle. When I called the tour company that said it wasn’t their problem that this was Viator’s error. Viator said it was my fault. No one tried to help us get the tour we wanted. We ended up going on the Notre Dame tour but I was so disappointed it wasn’t enjoyable and we left before the tour went into Notre Dame. I am surprised that no one tried to make things better, even a little bit. No reimbursement, no attempt to help us get tickets to Sainte-Chapelle. Poor customer service.

It provides a comprehensive tour of the structure, art, stained glass, and sculptures of the cathedral. Especially interesting is the rebuilding of Notre Dame after the 2019 fire. Or tour guide Claudia was intimately familiar with the cathedral as she was there the day of the fire.

It is an interesting tour of Saint Chapelle Cathedral. Best way to see to avoid long waits with general admission tickets. Tour includes surrounding area & history.

Great short tour of the Notre Dame island. Nina was a very helpful and fun tour guide. It was definitely worth the money.

We were in a small group tour with Angela. We were paired with another couple of our age and that turned out to be perfect for us. Angela was able to answer many questions posed to her, very impressive! Once Angela knew we had a timed event after this tour she was mindful of the pace. It worked out beautifully for us. We loved all the stories about the area and then also the stories we asked about her life. An amazing young lady.

This tour was great. Melanie was so knowledgeable about Sainte Chappelle and Notre Dame. The tour also covers historical facts about Paris. Melanie was great at explaining and offering suggestions. Note that the description gives a range of time but it is a solid 2 hrs and ends with touring Sainte Chapelle. It does require the ability to walk long distances and navigate steps.

I was not aware when I booked this tour that we would spend 1.5 hours walking the neighborhood and hearing its history and then only 15 minuses in Sainte-Chappell. While the stained glass in the chapel is lovely, there was only one small room that was accessible. It’s not the tour guides fault at all but I couldn’t do this again.
