Mu was an excellent tour guide - pleasant, knowledgeable and a perfect host. The tastings were delicious. All in all, time well spent and tasty!

Granville Market Food Tour
This tour is a great way to learn more about Granville Market and get to taste a variety of foods. Our tour guide, Mu, was absolutely awesome. He was enthusiastic, energetic and really wanted to share his knowledge and make sure he was meeting the expectations of each person on the tour. I was very pleased with the tour.

Granville Foodie Tour
Mu gave us a wonderful tour of many varieties of food stalls in the public market. He educated us about each stall and the food, how it’s made, and how the owners were inspired. We appreciated learning about the indigenous people’s story of Granville Island. Would highly recommend if you want an intimate look at this amazing place and try some yummy bites!

Great tour!
Great food tour! Tons of tastings with great variety. Pleasantly surprised by the number of booths we visited and learned about. Our guide, Nolan was knowledgeable and entertaining.

Foodie heaven
A wonderful time with Mu on Friday 18/9/26 showing us the sights, smells and wonderful tastes of the Public Matket . Well worth the time and cost a great way to experience a very busy market with local knowledge- the Thai food taster was so good we enticed back the next day for lunch. Thanks Mu.

Granville Island Food Tour!! Excellent!
Nolan really made this tour extremely special with his first hand historic knowledge of Vancover and Granville Island and then each tasting with the background of each owner(s). The tastings were all great with a good sampling of savory and sweet. Highly recommend this tour!

Great foodie tour with incredible tasting foods!
We had the opportunity to taste a variety of different locally sourced foods. Everything was delicious. Our guide, Nolan was also a foodie and loves to cook. He had an amazing knowledge of each place we stopped. He knew the history of each vendor and knew every ingredient and how each one was created. He also gave a brief overview on the history of Granville Market. We really enjoyed the afternoon and it was a small enough group to be able to meet interesting people from all over the world.

Great food tour
Four of us went on the foodie tour with Maggie. Its was an excellent tour with great food choices and Maggie was very knowledgeable and friendly. We visited about nine artisan food stands with a good mixture of styles and flavours. Two hours we'll spent.

Not my favorite food tour!
There were lots of areas for improvements on this tour. The meeting location was the first snafu. Our confirmation indicated a flower shop in the market when the meeting place was actually outside the market. The guide should have had a flag so that she could easily be seen as we moved in and out of the crowded market. Yes, moved in and out of the very crowded market. I would have preferred being seated at a table outside while the guide gathered the bites. It would have been ideal to have two guides one gathering the bites while the other gave details of the bites. There were lots of bites. Literally bites! Not enough to justify the cost of the tour $120++ per person!! We did not meet ANY chefs or get info and tips on the Vancouver foodie scene. I would not recommend this tour and don’t know if I would book one of the other tours offered by this vendor.

Our tour guide, Michael, was knowledgeable about the food, vendors, local history and culture which made it such an immersive experience. Every bite we sampled was absolutely delicious 😋! It was an awesome way to taste our way through the public market. We even received some recommendations for other things to do and see and try in the surrounding area. Definitely would recommend!
