One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time and Mamed was the best guide and helped us with boarding and showed us where we can take the pictures. Gave us the best immersive experience with dinner, dessert, and turkish tea included. Along with many entertaining performances. 10/10 will definitely do this again 💯

In my opinion this was far from a luxury cruise. It was average at best and the worst Viator experience I have ever had. First, the tickets said hotel pickup, which I guess we didn’t have so that was confusing. The ticket time was 8 pm, and because we had to book transportation at the last minute we were very rushed to get to the cruise dock by 8:00pm, only to find that our cruise didn’t start until 9. So we were left standing outside for 45 minutes before we could board. The food was barely OK, but then to give credit, Turkish food is not my favorite. The 6 of us barely ate any of it. Now for the show-it was nothing like the description said, it started with a guitar player singer, then a couple of dancers, then turned into a full blown burlesque show with girls up and down the aisles dancing in people’s faces and asking for tips to be placed in their bras or panties. We finally got up and waited on the deck for the boat to dock. Overall it was a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone, but to be fair I will give it an average score because I’m sure some of the people on board were happy with it. To me this was just not up to Viator’s standards.

However, you should not have been left waiting outside for 45 minutes, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding transportation, hotel pickup is included only in the transfer option and within the designated pickup area. We regret that this was not communicated clearly enough in your booking details. We are also sorry that neither the dinner nor the entertainment suited your preferences. The program includes live music, traditional Turkish performances, and interactive dance acts. Nevertheless, performers requesting tips in a way that made guests uncomfortable is not the experience we want to provide. We will discuss this feedback directly with the entertainment team. We truly regret that your evening was disappointing. Your comments regarding the transfer information, boarding process, food, and show will be carefully reviewed to improve the experience for future guests.
Spectacular night view from the Bosphorus. The food was very bad and poorly served, with more than half an hour between picking up the first dish and bringing the second. But the food was not the most important thing. And the important part was fabulous, the night cruise on the boat.

Food basic. I left most of it. Drinks service very slow. The transfer was poor. We were returned to a point streets away from our hotel and abandoned. Views on the boat excellent. Would not recommend

The route is super nice. Very nice atmosphere and shows. Food was unfortunately served cold. Otherwise everything worked smoothly.

Great way to experience Istanbul at night in a relaxed atmosphere. Only downside is that there was no highlight when passing the attractions Hotel pickup and food was good

The food was awesome. The service was amazing. I loved the view of Istanbul was great. The entertainment was Outstanding. I loved it. The seating was tight but it was nice to be around such international crowds.

I paid for a group of 8, 7 adults and 1 one child, he is 7 years old. When the transfer arrived for us, there wasn't enough space for everyone at the bus, and the guide told me the child should sit on my lap, but there still wasn't enough space for everyone, so several people had to be stand. We were the last to arrive at the cruise, and the service was poor. Too many people and not enough staff.
