Spectacular night view from the Bosphorus. The food was very bad and poorly served, with more than half an hour between picking up the first dish and bringing the second. But the food was not the most important thing. And the important part was fabulous, the night cruise on the boat.

Food basic. I left most of it. Drinks service very slow. The transfer was poor. We were returned to a point streets away from our hotel and abandoned. Views on the boat excellent. Would not recommend

Normally our team aims to provide comfortable door-to-door transportation whenever possible, but due to traffic restrictions and road closures in some central areas of Istanbul, vehicles may occasionally stop at the nearest accessible point. Even so, we understand this should have been explained more clearly to you. The route is super nice. Very nice atmosphere and shows. Food was unfortunately served cold. Otherwise everything worked smoothly.

Great way to experience Istanbul at night in a relaxed atmosphere. Only downside is that there was no highlight when passing the attractions Hotel pickup and food was good

The food was awesome. The service was amazing. I loved the view of Istanbul was great. The entertainment was Outstanding. I loved it. The seating was tight but it was nice to be around such international crowds.

I paid for a group of 8, 7 adults and 1 one child, he is 7 years old. When the transfer arrived for us, there wasn't enough space for everyone at the bus, and the guide told me the child should sit on my lap, but there still wasn't enough space for everyone, so several people had to be stand. We were the last to arrive at the cruise, and the service was poor. Too many people and not enough staff.

Unfortunately, on that day the group was not gathered at the same pickup point, which caused some confusion and limited space in the vehicle. Normally, we strictly ensure that every guest has a proper seat, and we regret that this situation caused discomfort. As for arriving later to the cruise, this was mainly due to the transfer delay, and we sincerely apologize if this affected the quality of service you received on board. On busy evenings with high demand, the atmosphere can be more crowded than usual, but this is never meant to compromise service quality. Your comments are very important to us, and we have shared them with our team to avoid similar situations in the future. We joined this Bosphorus dinner cruise as a family, and it was absolutely unforgettable! The view of Istanbul at night was magical, the food was delicious, and the live show kept everyone entertained even the kids loved it! The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything was perfectly organized from hotel pickup to drop-off. It was one of the best family experiences we’ve had in Istanbul.
