Pretty wild young group so really a party night. Transportation was very good. The food was OK, but not great.

Very recomended night ou full of nice music and fantastic views of the Bosphorous. The staff was very helpful and very attentive. It was full but it didnt seem to be. Nice atmosphere and nice show

I can highly recommend this dinner cruise. The waiter, Hassan was very friendly and gave us great service. The food was very good and entertainment was incredible!

I boarded boat & got seated & never seen too since for past 24min. Noticed everybody else being brought in get drinks order, starters+photo within a few mins, even seats with no one on it have starters(got photo). ask to be helped & get yes sir. 32min in Got introduction+empty table food+drink. Did NOT enjoy. Sat under the stair and staff are talking and doing business with the pos(card) machine right next to me on my left. Bread cold and starter not so tasteful Haven’t had another refill drink going 57mins and got the wrong order. 1hour & 10mins in got my photo taken, photographer knows what his doing and was good when got to me. Also my table gets used to put glasses on. (Got photos) People and staff stand near me and the table Only things good was the dessert and the belly dancer who I couldn’t see fully
First of all, we sincerely apologize for the delayed service and the negative experience you had during the beginning of your cruise. Unfortunately, on that evening there was unusually heavy traffic and a very busy boarding process, which caused delays and confusion for some of our service staff. However, this is not an excuse, and we completely understand your disappointment after waiting so long without proper attention while other tables were being served. We are truly sorry that your evening did not start the way it should have. Your feedback has been shared with our operations team so we can improve our organization and guest service during busy nights. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future for a much smoother and more enjoyable experience.
In one word: bad. We had the package VIP+window+ alcohol+ transfer. It started with the pick up at our hotel. A boy came to pick us up (on foot) and walked us, without any explanation to another place, just said wait here. Apparently we were walking with him and getting some other guests. Then we all took a bus. This was fine, but they should give some more info. Then we arrive at the cruise, got sat with another (lovely) couple at the same table. Starter was already served, but the salad looked shriveled. We tried to order our included alcoholic beverages, but after a whole lot of discussion it took them 1hour and a half to bring us a wine and a beer. As main dish, I ordered the fish. I got a fish with not many fish on it, as well as another shriveled salad and 1 potato slice. So no. After that we got tea and dessert. This was ok. The photographer was super pushy when we explained we didn't want our picture taken. The entertainment was good, but very very loud, so you couldn't really converse well. Istanbul by night is beautiful, but we would not recommend seeing it like this.
First of all, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had. This is definitely not the level of service we aim to provide to our guests. It seems there was a serious misunderstanding and communication issue during the pickup process, and we completely understand how frustrating and confusing this must have felt for you. We are already reviewing this situation with our transfer team to understand why this happened and to prevent it from happening again in the future. We truly value your feedback, because it helps us improve our service. As a gesture of apology and to hopefully leave you with a better memory of Istanbul, we would be very happy to invite you to one of our different tours as our guest.
