We took a day trip to Mt.Fuji with Jamy as our guide. I would 100% recommend the tour and tour guide. Jamy did a great job at communicating the day before and was early to arrive but didn’t rush us. He took us to all the popular destinations made sure we knew where we were going and let us explore. This was a driver tour but Jamy went above and beyond to explain some history and facts about each location. He was kind enough to provide snacks and a gift. Very nice experience
This experience was perfect for our large family, that included teenagers and a toddler. Mike, our guide, was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations that fit within our time frame. We were able to take a pirate ship cruise, cable tram (rope way) through the mountains, stop at Gora Park, and finally the Hakone shrine. We never felt rushed, and we were able to stop to eat and use the facilities at our own pace (essential for large groups and families with young children). Oh, and the day cleared up so we had amazing views of Mt. Fuji from the tram! Definitely recommend this tour!

Amazing Hakone tour! Everything was smooth, comfortable, and very well organized. Our English-speaking driver was friendly, professional, and made the whole day stress-free. We really loved how flexible the itinerary was—we could enjoy each stop at our own pace and even adjust plans along the way. The views were beautiful, the car was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience felt relaxing and personalized.
