We had an amazing experience to tour the Mt Fuji, despite of the rain & not seeing this beautiful view, our tourist guide, Domingo made sure that it will be enjoyable & comfortable ride. He took us to beautiful viewpoints without feeling of being rushed. From pick up to drop off was easy. He is friendly & knowledgeable. We are hoping to come back & try to see this beautiful Mt Fuji in a nice weather.

We had a wonderful time on the tour we booked. Sir Romeo was incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable from the beginning. Despite the typhoon and nonstop rain, he made the most of our time by suggesting alternative places to visit, ensuring we still had an enjoyable and memorable experience even though we weren’t able to see Mt. Fuji. He was very knowledgeable and recommended many beautiful places that were worth visiting. For lunch, he took us to an excellent restaurant where the staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and the prices were very affordable. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our family trip to Japan. A very special thank you again to Sir Romeo, we truly appreciate everything he did for us, especially his patience, kindness, and dedication throughout the tour. I found out Tours By Jano on facebook and I inquired about their tour packages. They are really good on replying and they are very accomodating. They let us know every information first and give us some time to makr the descision. Which is I really like as I was really skeptical on booking on facebook as there are lot of scammers these days. We decided to take the Mount Fuji Tour which we've met Christian our tour guide. He is really good and our group bonded with him immedeiately as he is really good of what he do. We really had a great time with him to the point that it felt like he comes with us. That's how good he is on his job. The best part on the tour is we saw the Mount Fuji which makes our bucket list checked! We are included among to the people saw it within 100 days. 🙂 We are really delighted that we took the Mount Fuji Tour by Jano and can't wait to be on Kyoto and Narra Tour next week with Christian as our tour guide. If you are going to Japan and don't want to waste your time on DIY, we really recommend Tours by Jano to anyone that is going to visit Japan.

We really enjoyed the Mt. Fuji tour. Our guide Jhay was very punctual in picking us up from the hotel, so nice and polite, very knowledgeable too. He got a lot of tips and tricks where to get great pictures that’s not too crowded, he even acts as a photographer many times. The van is clean and has more than enough space for our family. There was a little delay due to car trouble in the beginning but they made up for it with extra time at the end and free ice cream from Lake Kawaguchi- which is so good 😊 .. overall experience is 10/10 will recommend to family and friends

Definitely recommended if you want a stress-free experience in Japan. From airport pickup, Rio was able to get us to our hotel safely gave us some suggestions for our trip. Hiro was our tour guide in Osaka and did a great job to make our experience memorable. He also took some outstanding pictures of our trip in Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. Nao was our tour guide and driver to Mount Fuji tour, we all had an excellent time maximizing trip and he was flexible with our schedule. Gotta give a shout out to our other drivers, Darren for helping with our luggage transport and Disneyland land drop off. Above all, it's owner, Jano or Alnair for the impressive management of everything we needed. We can't thank you enough. Overall, Tours by Jano Team made our trip in Japan convenient and remarkable. We'll absolutely have them again on our next visit.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish — booking procedures was straightforward, confirmation and coordination of the tour with operator and driver was very simple yet effective (via Whatsapp). Our tour guide was Jay-at - he was a good tour guide, funny and we enjoyed our easy conversation with him. Will really recommend using this company as they are very professional, good cars and will truly make you holidays a proper experience. We were a group of 4 friends which is good size.
