I reserved Feluca for two hours. Overall, it's average. Rather, I might not recommend it. When I arrived at Felucca, all the boats were gone, so I took a boat powered by a motor and toured the Nile River for an hour. I tried to transfer to the Fellca at Funaba, but it hadn't returned yet, so I waited for over 30 minutes. In the end, I was able to ride the Ferris wheel, but I was tired from standing in line the whole time. Since the time limit was exceeded, if I had made another reservation, it would have been a problem. However, Feluccas themselves were quiet, and I was able to spend a relaxing time on the Nile River.

What an incredible experience! We booked in the afternoon for an evening slot, and the guide contacted us almost immediately to sort out pickup — so easy. Don't worry if your hotel isn't on the list either, you can just send your address afterwards and they'll sort it. We were downtown, so pickup was quick, and we felt completely safe the whole way. Our driver, Mohammed, was fantastic — friendly, professional, and he took us straight to the dock, snapped some gorgeous photos of us, and then we were off on the water! We timed it perfectly around sunset, so we got to soak in the Nile in daylight and then watch it transform at night, lit up and beautiful. After a full day at the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, this was the most relaxing, magical way to end it — and they even had water and soft drinks on board. I cannot recommend this enough. If you're on the fence, just book it — you will not regret it! We'd actually had dinner the night before at a restaurant overlooking the pyramids, and as lovely as that was, this boat trip topped it completely. Bring some snacks and enjoy the view.

Amazing time on the Nile, after the rush of Cairo was an amazing experience to relax in the evening and take in a gorgeous sunset. The city lights are gorgeous! Still in awe of the skills of our Felluca driver makes it look effortless ! Price was great and the trip was as long as advertised! Our driver was early so we got to leave a little sooner which was great no waiting around at all and there ready to drop us back to the hotel which we really appreciated! Would recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy a chilled evening on their trip enjoying the sunset and city lights like we did!

I had such a great experience with Apdala! He took me on a solo felucca ride on the Nile, and as a woman traveling alone, feeling safe is extremely important to me. Apdala made sure I felt comfortable and safe the entire time, which allowed me to relax and really enjoy the experience. Everything went smoothly, and I had an amazing time. I would definitely book with Apdala again and highly recommend him, especially to other solo female travelers visiting Egypt! 🇪🇬❤️✨

This was a nice and leisurely ride on the Nile. My daughter and I enjoyed it a lot. Snacks and drinks were provided. The sun was out, but the shade of the felucca and the constant wind made it very comfortable. The wind helped us in constantly moving too. The best part was that my daughter and I could have a nice conversation the entire time.

Ibrahim was our driver for our day trip to Alexandria from Cairo. He took us there and back safely - taking us through the traffic of both cities like an expert. He was friendly and kind and made some lovely stops for us to stretch our legs and get refreshments. He is also a very good DJ playing some lovely music. Thanks Ibrahim for looking after us.
