We have just returned from the afternoon tea masterclass in Manchester and it is impossible to over rate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff particularly Amy and Simon. One of us is a 13 year old who loves to bake but has difficulties due to allergies. Amy and Simon were brilliant going out of their way to answer any questions, finding out information on different ingredients and arranging swaps while keeping to an authentic experience. As a family we deal with issues relating to food every day and finding suitable experiences is difficult. Amy and Simon never made us feel that anything was too much trouble which often is not the case for other companies. We would very highly recommend this company if you either have an allergy or even if you are lucky enough to be allergy free. The event was fun and informative and Simon was very engaging and helpful as he delivered the masterclass. We will also be recommending the company through allergy groups and networks.
