永和寺はラマ寺とも呼ばれ、北京最大のチベット仏教寺院である。 壮麗な建築と神聖な雰囲気で有名で、白檀の一枚板から彫られた高さ18 - メートルの巨大な弥勒仏像が安置されている。 参拝者はその文化的・精神的遺産を賞賛するだけでなく、願い事や幸運を祈願するために訪れる。
昔、天皇が天の神を祀った場所「天の神殿 」 。 古代の建造物以外にも、周辺の公園で地元の人々が様々なエクササイズやエンターテイメントをしているシーンも見られます。

Mary was an amazing guide. She explained everything clearly and made the history really interesting. She also took some great photos of us, which was a lovely bonus.
