We were picked up in a timely manner, and our driver came and found as at the arrivals gate. During the car ride the AC was cold and we were brought to our hotel right away.

The transportation was operated by Groups AV. The reservation and transportation was handled by a dedicated coordinator (Camila) who ensured that our round-trip transportation was at the correct pickup locations at the agreed times. My group experienced multiple flight delays and cancellations due to an equipment failure that caused air traffic across the northeast USA to be shut down for almost 24 hours. Throughout this ordeal, Groups AV was in constant communications with me and adjusted transportation dates, times and locations to ensure my group could travel to the airport for our return flight. The original flight was scheduled to depart on a Monday but due to cancellation, we were rescheduled for Wednesday, and then, rescheduled for Thursday. Each time, Groups AV adjusted their car service schedule to get us to the airport terminal for our flight home. Thank you Groups AV. The support and service could not have been better!

Booking was easy! They tracked our flight and were right on time when we landed earlier than expected. The car was clean and spacious. The driver was so friendly and gave us a ton of local recommendations. Overall great experience and we highly recommend booking with them!

We used this company for RT transportation from Oranjestad airport to hotel, and back to airport after vacation. They arrived promptly, even earlier than requested pick up time. Driver was very helpful and friendly.
