The guide was on time and very nice. He took you to both sides of the falls. It was supposed to be about 6 hours but ended after maybe 4.5? I wish we had some time to explore the fall independently. It would have also been nice to have a spot to stop for lunch or a coffee. It was unfortunate because once you leave the falls you have to pay again to go back on. I wish we had like another hour on each side of independent time to walk and appreciate the falls and read some of the signs

What an amazing day spent exploring the falls. If you visit the falls you have to visit from both countries. Each has its unique experience. Vincent did a great job of pointing out the best views both have to offer. Vincent was a very personable guide who did a great all around job with the tour by providing excellent information about the falls, its history and the area around the falls. He also was excellent with helping me through the border crossing. I highly recommend anyone visiting the area get the Kaza Visa it will make all border crossings go so much smoother. The company also did a great job on transportation from my hotel to the falls and back again. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for the full Victoria Falls experience.

We easily took an Uber from Explorers Village to the main gate and entered at 7am for our own self guided tour, with very few other visitors and the early morning light. This was excellent advice from the Victoria Falls eGuide which is essential reading. There is nothing that can prepare you for the privilege of seeing nature's thunderous fury so up close as when you first see the Falls. Startling in its scope and intense ferocity. It was also 'rainbow season' and we were really hoping to see a rainbow or two to add to our awesome delight, and which we blessedly did. We spent 2 hours here walking the designated 1.6k route from point to point knowing and prepared that the path would be wet and slippery and that some of the boundaries between you and the edge were of dilapidated bamboo so to never leave the pathway. As if! Forwarned was most definitely forearmed. There were occasional designated off ramp steps to take you to a closer thunderous viewpoint where you could easily get wet. The walk started by taking you to various points where you can see alot of the furious feeder flows, then to the mighty Falls and ending at the Bridge. We were continuously taken aback by the thunderous unfettered power and fury of the water. The pulsating sound and turbulent mist is inescapable. We ended with a much needed coffee and rest at the Rainforest Cafe; followed by a bit of retail therapy at the small Falls shops. Unmissable

Absolutely excellent trip. Clear communication from provider, with an on-time pickup from my hotel. There are really THREE experiences in one with this trip. The first two are what's posted: Seeing Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides. That was tremendous, and our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, and let us set the pace while also keying us into the best spots for photos and providing some historical context for what we were seeing. The third--and hidden--experience is the border crossing. The Zimbabwe-Zambia border is strangely rustic, and walking across the bridge to appreciate the sights, see some of the bungee jumpers, and have the experience of straddling two countries was much more of a cultural experience than I'd planned for. Would absolutely recommend!

The experience was truly memorable. The tour began with a guided walk through the park, during which we learned about the historical and geological aspects of the formation of Victoria Falls, the origin of its name, and the unique characteristics of the local flora and fauna. The combination of knowledge, nature, and breathtaking scenery made the visit especially enriching. Roland is undoubtedly an exceptional guide who knows how to keep his guests engaged and entertained throughout the entire experience. In addition to his extensive knowledge, he proved to be an excellent photographer, always attentive to details and to the needs of his guests. I was particularly delighted by the refreshing spray from the falls and the countless rainbows I had the opportunity to admire, thanks to Roland’s thoughtful guidance and his ability to identify the best viewpoints and photo opportunities. It was truly a unique and unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations and left me with memories that I will cherish for a lifetime.
