An authentic experience exploring traditional Balinese food. The family that looked after us couldn’t do anymore, an overall really enjoyable cultural activity. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience.. great introduction to some of the Balinese food and cultural practices …. Leading on to preparing multiple delicious dishes over about a 4 hour period, followed by a feast of the finished products! Ketut picked us up from our accomodation at 8am, and brought us to his kitchens where he guided us through the morning …. Did an amazing job. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was great. The staff were so patient and explained every step of the cooking. Plus what each herb done.

They hosted the cooking class just our booking - it was fantastic. We learn to make several dishes all of which were delicious - starting the two different types of soups ( we made the pastes for the different dishes from scratch) , following by chicken, satay , prawns , noodles , deep fried banana and coconut pancakes . I'm probably missing something but honestly a fantastic experience which I highly recommend ! Do not eat much before coming , there is so much tasty food . Fantastic hospitality - thank you to our chefs for the great experience . We will be cooking g these dishes back in London !
