€80 for the tour of the 1st village ended with a 15-minute walk around a closed church in a parking lot
The cheese tasting was just a small piece of cheese. I had to ask for another one.
Zakopane is a tourist trap and they leave us for 2.5 hours in the middle of hundreds of shops that all look the same.
Big disappointment for my part!

Excellent trip to zacopane
Love love loved our trip to Zakopane , the little wooden houses the trip up the mountain, didn’t realise you could have so much stuff up there . The thermal baths were a treat . Our guide picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off , was very knowledgeable and engaged all through the trip . Had a fantastic day

Everything was fine 🙂
Everything was very good. Our guide, Greg Legendary 🙂, was really nice and fun! Plenty of time everywhere! Only thing was, that the therms were overgrounded, no relaxing space to be! Even our child didn't want to be there.

Good, experience-rich, fantastic guide. 100% each to try
Super good and informative guide Jordan, happy, helpful, and talkative.
If there was anything you needed help with, you could write.
Started with a trip to the lift in the zakopane, then to the wooden town, and local vodka and cheese.
And ended with 3 hours in thermal baths.
Nice, beautiful trip.. thanks for the experience

Fabulous tour guide
We had a fabulous day touring Zakopane and the Tatar mountains with a special stop to try some Polish vodka and cheese.
Our tour guide, Tomasz, is a credit to your organisation, he was very professional, helpful and a nice guy.
The tour went well and would recommend Hello Cracow to friends and family who visit Krakow.
We are planing another visit next year and will definitely be using Hello Cracow again.

Zakopane and thermal pool visit
The whole day was well planned and communication before trip was excellent. The drive to Zakopane and the stops on the way were both lovely and required. Zakopane was breathtaking with the views after leaving the train. The market was good and there were plenty of places to eat and drink. The thermal baths were lovely but very busy (it was Saturday) it was also the local swimming pool. The price of the trip overall was good, it included travel, train and thermal bath tickets. Would highly recommend for the scenery and Zakopane.

10/10 communication - best company
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Hello Cracow. We initially booked Auschwitz through Viator and the company was Hello Cracow. Instantly we had communication via WhatsApp, lots of reassurance that we definitely have tickets and would not be standing in a queue at 3am. Firstly this trip was so well organised genuinely great!
They offered to arrange a taxi pick up and drop off which we agreed to do. We had issues with our flight due to the fog, back and forth between what airport we’d be landing at and we were significantly delayed into early hours of the morning however the assigned driver came to collect us from the airport even though he was not meant to be working just so that we got to our apartment safely.
They also offered numerous trips through their company and we chose to book Zakopane tour. This again was unbelievable, the whole experience was so laid back, everything was organised for us we didn’t have to do anything other than be ready for the pick up time (bonus that the tour guide/driver was the same one who picked us up from the airport).
Overall the communication from this company was perfect. Everything had been sorted and communicated to us at least 24 hours before the day of the trip. Very very happy and would highly recommend.

Amazing views & Refreshing spa
Now I will start with this, this is a tourist spot more than anything and it is very busy during the winter period! Saying that I had a great time going into the mountains and the view was breathtaking, Max who took us was nice and great at explaining all the information that comes within that area. You must try the thermal spa as it really did feel nice after the end of the day! Definitely do suggest doing it if you are here for more than 3 days.
