They need to advertise to come at least 45 minutes to park your vehicle. Parking lot was full so we drove around to several spots but was not allowed to park. I reached out to the operator and there was no response. I requested a refund and of course he then reached out and said no.

Saw some 4/5 whales which was amazing. No dolphins though.

The boarding process was easy, the ship was lovely, the naturalist was very informative, everything was great except we didn't see a single darn whale during the entire four hours. We were a group of fourteen, six of whom were children, and all were disappointed, but like we all said, not the tour operator's fault, of course, and they very graciously gave us vouchers for a free return trip so we can try again sometime -- if we ever get back to San Diego.

The staff was very friendly, and we did see whales and dolphins. I do wish we could have gotten closer to the whales, but very grateful to have seen them. I would recommend this company based on my experience.

The boat was very well equipped. It had great stabilization, which really helps with motion sickness. The crew were great. Happy, informative, and helpful. We didn’t see any whales, but we saw a huge pod of dolphins who happily played for us. There were many mothers and calves.

We had a great time. Great guide explaining all of the points of interest and wildlife we came across. We didn't get to see any whales as they are always hit or miss but did see lots of dolphin and sea lions.

This tour, I imagine, is amazing if you get to see something which we did not. They offered vouchers for another trip that don’t expire so that was nice. I have not received mine yet. Many of us including myself were very seasick even with Dramamine and the bracelets. It was miserable for me so if you get sick easily on this kind of thing be prepared. If it wasn’t for that, this cruise would be so nice.

They did a great job and went well out of their way to make sure we saw whales. Stayed out a half hour extra as they were way off shore

We really enjoyed this experience. The boat was big enough to move around and ensure everyone had a viewing spot. Our sailing was not oversold, which we appreciated.

We didn't get to see any whales. So kinda bummed. I know they have no control just know it can happen. Saw dolphins and a lot of cool navy boats. Bring your nausea medicine just in case. We needed it.
