I'm not sure if this is a Viator problem or the tour company problem. I booked this for our 25th Anniversay. Sounds cool, right! I booked months in advance. The day before the tour i even got a reminder that my activity was coming and my ticket. The morning of our tour i still did not have confirmation of the time we are being picked up. I sent a message. The company got back to me saying they were not picking us up. They said it was because our resort was too far away. When I booked this tour I entered the resort I was staying at. There would have been months for them to reach out and let me know I would be too far away. I heard nothing. I would've never heard anything had i not messaged them to ask about the pickup time. It just ruined our day. Now, to be fair, they did issue me a full refund. Would they have done that if I didnt message? We'll never know. Luckily our resort had an Amstar desk where I was able to book this tour & Dunns River Falls for the next day- and it was cheaper. My advice to other people is to verify whether your resort is in their pickup area.

The tour is only about 30 minutes long but if you’re stay in the Montego Bay Area it about a 2 hour drive to get there and another 2 hours coming back but the actual tour is about 30 minutes long.
Had a tour with Andre and honestly from our communication before the tour till the end he was so easy. He is a safe driver, speaks about all things Jamaica along the way. He is so knowledgeable, funny and easy to talk to. My tour to Bob Marley’s 9 mile was incredible. Andre never rushed me, it was such a smooth and enjoyable day. Highly recommend!!!
The location at the cruise ship port was false. When arrived at the port the site was deserted no driver.
Good day traveler I’m sorry your experience was like that, but we do not do pick up at ship ports all you should have done is select your location by typing your hotel name and we would have picked you up at your resort that you’re staying
The driver/ tour guide Terique was very personable , polite and pleasant. He went out of his way to make the tour a total joy. He made sure that I enjoyed the tour and he was very detail oriented, and on time for the tour. I would highly recommend this tour to my friends and have them request the same guide.
