We thought the tour was spectacular. The guide, Marlon, was very punctual and kind. What we liked most is that we were a small group and the attention was personalized.

We had a fantastic day as a family of four visiting the Blue Hole, Secret Falls and Dunn’s River Falls with SNL Jamaican Tours Ltd. Jermaine, our tour guide, was brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and that we felt safe and comfortable throughout the day. We also really enjoyed hearing about Jamaica’s history and culture along the journey. Jermaine pointed out interesting landmarks and places as we travelled, which made the drive itself part of the experience. We stopped for lunch at Linda’s and the food was delicious – everything from the lobster to the fish was really tasty and a lovely addition to the day. The waterfalls were amazing, the whole day was well organised and we came away with some lovely family memories. We would definitely recommend this tour, SNL Jamaican Tours and especially Jermaine!

I had an absolutely wonderful time on this tour! Copley was an amazing driver, a fantastic storyteller, and truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. He made a genuine effort to include everyone in the group and even learned all of our names. That small but thoughtful gesture made touring with a group of strangers feel so much more comfortable—and by the end of the tour, we had made new friends! Copley was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating information about the country, its history, culture, and the attractions we visited along the way. You could tell that he genuinely cared about giving us a great experience. To top it all off, two of us celebrating birthdays received a complimentary birthday celebration, complete with cake and champagne, at the end of the tour! 🎂🥂 What an incredible surprise and such a thoughtful touch. That is truly **top-tier service!** Thank you, Copley, for making our day so special. Your warmth, professionalism, and hospitality did not go unnoticed. The blue hole and secret falls were so much fun and refreshing. **10/10 — I would absolutely recommend this tour, and I would happily do it again!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very good trip, but if you get tired easily or haven’t worked out, I suggest doing these in two separate excursions. I think it would have been OK if I had kept going g but didn’t stop for that amazing lunch at LINDA’S. I wish we could’ve stayed at the Blue hole longer! I was so happy to hear that the blue hole was owned by the residents and not the government. Now it makes sense that it’s so blue and beautiful!! We loved MARLAN the tour guide! Will definitely do this trip again and again.

We had a blast would definitely go back ! It was an amazing excursion. The tour guides were on point with what you needed to know about the location. They were helpful with my daughter who was scared of heights. She did it and kept going back for more lol

This hands down is the best tour in Montego Bay! The blue hole is absolutely beautiful!!! You seriously can’t miss it! The tour guide kept us happy and taught us a lot of facts about Jamaica!

The trip organizers never contacted us with a pickup time. 1 he prior to the trip I was told they would be canceling because not enough people booked the excursion. I then asked for my refund. I received notice that they'd found people to go and the pickup would be soon. I asked them to continue to refund me as we no longer wanted to go and we're back in bed. They advised I wouldn't be refunded if I didn't go, after they initially cancelled on me. Crappy experience. The excursion was cool, the driver was "ok".

Our driver Kopley was excellent and very knowledgeable. The excursion itself was so much fun we had a great day
