Complete insolence and consumer exploitation on Tallinn-Helsinki ferries! Eckerö Line and Viking Line show pure greed and an anti-family attitude.Total idiocy and user-unfriendly rules in the cafes and dining areas:1. They refuse to sell half-portions of food for children! You are forced to buy a full adult portion at full price. If you don't buy it, your child goes hungry.2. They refuse to pour less coffee into a cup! I asked for half a cup of coffee (so it wouldn't spill while moving around with kids), and they rudely replied: "We don't care how much you want, coffee is 3 euros. Buy a quarter, you still pay three euros."3. They won't even give drinking water to children, forcing you to buy overpriced bottled water instead.4. Entire seating areas and halls are blocked off with chains! If you don't buy anything from the cafe, you aren't even allowed to sit down – staff will simply kick people out, even families with kids. The response from customer service regarding my complaint was laconic: "We don't do that here, and that's it." Complete lack of empathy and pure mockery of customers. I am blacklisting these companies for myself. I highly recommend all families bring their own food together. And water.
