ラヘマ国立公園への日帰り旅行

Diana, our guide, was very friendly and made the tour very pleasant. The stop at the waterfall was charming, and her stories about the national park were captivating. The only downside was the bus, which made almost constant noises, probably due to the ventilation, and an incessant beeping.

The tour was exactly what I was looking for getting out in nature and to see the largest national park in Estonia. We first went to the bog area. She explained all the different types of plants the type of trees, what trees grow where. She explained all the different fruits that could found along the ground, like blueberries and cranberries, and there was one more. I forget the observation deck was nice as we continued. I was to actually change into my swim trunks and jump into one of the lakes in the bog area. The water was refreshing and there were other people in the water with me. We then continued on a small fishing village, which she showed us the coastline how the big boulders arrived in Estonia and also small fishing huts with the gear that the fisherman used to use in the old days. We then continued on to our lunch spot. The food was was amazing and local Estonian food in that area they had a large swing that we are all able to enjoy. Then we went onto a kind of a large property that was that’s been turned into a hotel that had wonderful gardens and fruit trees, and flowers. Then on our way back we were able to see the Jägala waterfalls.

The Spanish “guide” knew absolutely nothing about the excursion. It was not said beforehand that you could bring a swimsuit. At the lunch restaurant, they took a very long time to bring the dishes. It is a shame because the places visited are magnificent.

Wonderful tour with Mari! She was very knowledgeable and kind and made our trip very pleasant. We learnt a lot about Estonian history and culture in one day:) The trip itself was a good first exposure to the Estonian nature and the Lahemaa park. The walk in the bog boardwalk was a unique experience. The driver was also very good and drove us safely back and forth. All in all, a very pleasant trip. Thank you Mari and team.

Absolutely recommended, the bog is an indescribably great experience. The other destinations are also very interesting. The planned lunch was super, the salmon is highly recommended. The tour guide (Kullo) was very dedicated and friendly, knew a lot about the history, and made the day an interesting, exciting, and fun experience. Great job! Important: You can swim in the bog, bring swimwear and towels for that! Something you should have done at least once.

Marilin, the guide was very good and engaging. The trip was amazing, loads of things to see and the Peat Bog a fantastic experience.

Jorge was very knowledgeable about all things relative to the Lahemaa National Park, Tallinn and Estonia. From start to finish Jorge was enthusiastic, energetic and personable. So happy to have had the opportunity to experience this National Park and some of the natural beauty of Estonia to include Waterfalls, a Bog forest hike, Manor houses and a fishing Village. A compact day but never felt rushed. Highly recommend this tour and Jorge as a Guide!

After being in Tallin for a few days, my wife and I were interested in getting out of the city for a day. This trip to the national park was perfect. The hiking in the bog forest was really nice. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this tour very highly!
