Due to a booking system error, your reservation was not properly received on our end, which resulted in us missing your scheduled tour. I understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for pickup and not receive the communication you deserved. After becoming aware of the issue, I reached out personally, issued a full refund, and offered a complimentary tour should your travels ever bring you back to Fairbanks.
