ファドディナー＆ショー：本物のアルファマの夜

Our tickets clearly stated pickup included, and even included the pick up location as our apartment. I received 3 requests to provide my pickup point after confirming the reservation. Two hours before the event they notified us that our reservation did not include pickup, so we had to find other transportation at the last minute. There was also a lot of miscommunication on the event time. I have 3 different messages with different times. The final message said that we needed to be there before 8, and that we would not be allowed in after the doors closed. We got there early to be safe, and were told the doors opened at 8:30 and to come back later. We got back at 8 and got very bad seats for the show. The server was wonderful, the food delicious, and the entertainment was fabulous!
