Courteous driver after long flight
A very convenient way to get to your hotel from the airport after a long flight. No worries as they meet you after going through customs and immigration. Very experienced driver and very kind.

Wonderful Experience
Our driver was very responsible. She arrived before the pick up time, contacted us and drove us to our destination safely, without any problems. I really appreciated her letting me know that she arrived early and was waiting for us. Great service!

Viator was a No Show
The driver never showed up. We called two different Viator numbers and were told to wait another 20-30 minutes as they couldn’t reach the local operator. After waiting another 30 minutes we opted for a taxi which cost $64 vs the $106 via Viator car which never arrived.

Amazing experience
We ended up taking an extended time at baggage claim and he was very patience. Great vehicle, very comfortable! Would recommend!!

Moshe was amazing!
We had an amazing day with Moshe. He drove us to all the places we wanted to go, explained things we went by, gave us some history on the various places, and walked us up to some of them to make sure we didn’t get lost. He was very personable, engaging, and easy to talk with. He made sure we had a great time. And his car was meticulous. I would pay for this experience again!

When I booked it said I...
When I booked it said I would be assigned a driver who speaks English. While the driver we had did a good job, he only spoke Chinese. We didn’t see him when we first arrived so we had a bit of difficulty connecting after we had our luggage. It all worked out using the aviator app. to communicate with the driver on pickup.

Easy pickup and excellent service! Our flight was an hour early and there was no problem with picking us up when we landed.
