Driver was at the other side of customs with a clearly marked sign waiting for me. He was helpful and courteous. Nice, clean vehicle. Very stress-free way to get from airport to my hotel. Would recommend.

David was waiting for us when we arrived and walked out of customs. While he was holding up a sign, he also told us what he was wearing and we found him quickly. During the ride from Haneda to our hotel, David mentioned the sites we passed, what to expect in Tokyo and some things to visit if they weren't already on our list. David was easy to talk and understand. After flying in from the US it was nice to have David pick us up in a spacious car, take care of our luggage and drive us to our hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. We didn't have to worry about luggage on the trains.

David was very nice and kind. He was on time, patient and gave us a few cool places to visit while we stayed here in Japan. I will definitely be using his services again when I come back. 😊

Our driver was already waiting for us well before our flight touched down, making the transition from the terminal to the car completely effortless. He navigated the airport exits with impressive expertise, bypassing the usual congestion to get us on the road in record time. The ride itself was great; however, upon arriving at the hotel, the driver attempted to charge me additional money. I explained that I had already prepaid through the app. He then claimed that his boss told him there was an upcharge due to the early arrival time of my flight. I reiterated that all details had been submitted and paid for in advance and if there is an issue, I'll resolve it through the app, but I received no notification. The driver then asked for my phone so he can show me a remaining balance in the app for an additional 20m in the hotel lobby and he found nothing. VERY annoying especially after an 11 hour flight. I strongly feel like he was trying to scam me.
