Excellent tour with excellent staff, highly recommend for couples or families, very informative and amazing instructor’s

We were scheduled for a kayak tour today. Unfortunately the operator was sick and it was cancelled. The operator refused to refund me for 3 days and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to fight though viatour to get my refund. Avoid at all costs. Also the water was very choppy and they will not refund you if the conditions are bad so buyer beware!!!

My husband and i went on a tour of the sorrento coast with kayaks in a small group with two guides. They were both very friendly and proffesional and relaxed. The pace was adjusted to the group, we had time for exploring roman ruins in the coast an also for swimming. Our guide Umberto is a local and knows all about the geology and history of the coast. He took time to explain everything and showed us some additional places as well. I very highly recommend the tour, this is really the best way to see the coast. You can also go even if you have never been in a kayak, its very easy.

Umberto is a truly wonderful guide who has created a magical tour! He also provides fascinating historical and contemporary information about the locale, contextualizing all you see. Knowledgable, skilled, and just a chill dude who is rightfully proud of his home and wants to share its treasures with others. Bring rugged sandals good for paddling and hiking, as you'll want to hop out and explore the breathtaking views.

Fantastic kayak experience. Well organised and appears to cater for all ages. Felt supported and safe. Sights were amazing and scenery immense. A must do when in sorrento. Highly recommended

Excellent experience. Tour was well managed, great group of people, saw lovely swimming areas. Equipment and coaching was great.

Booking was easy through the website (don't go through TripAdvisor as a previous review said this) and confirmation of location details came through on Whatsapp. We are a family of 4 with two teen girls and we were greeted with warmth and humour as soon as we arrived. Our two young guides were so lovely and so knowledgeable of the history of the area we kayaked along. They took us into a beautiful swimming area / like a private sea pool where you could jump off rocks if you wanted, or take a walk up the path to see the sights. We had a leisurely time in the sea pool and we weren't rushed so my teens had plenty of time to swim and relax. We then stopped off in another bathing area on the way back where we were shown the historic sights of that area. All the time we were out on the water the guides were knowledgeable and helpful and were keen to take photos if we wanted them when we stopped in the different areas. Would absolutely recommend this experience, you don't have to be super fit to do it, as the pace is leisurely and you get plenty of rest points. Top tip: take a bag or rucksack with dry clothes and towel and anything else so you can change into them when you get back as they will keep your bag safe whilst you're out on the water. There is also a public shower nearby to wash off the salt water before you get changed. An absolute must to do whilst in Sorrento and you will be well looked after by the guides, such a friendly team 😊

Good 2 hours kayaking taking into Sorrento coastline , included in trip is visit to Bagni Regina Giovanni Baths ( 30 mins stop). Pleasant host , guide and staff on the Kayaks and very friendly staff including reception.

Absolutely amazing kayak trip, but there was a mix up due to trip advisors fault and not Sorrento Kayaks. We booked for the 11am experience, planned our day around it to get there & be told it was full & that trip advisor don’t see what availability they have left so they had too many booked on & because most were walk ups they had priority over us who booked a few weeks ago! As it was our last day, they told us to come back for the sunset cruise. Cannot fault the tour guide, he was so friendly, tour was great & let us soak up the sunset & took us to great places. The sea was quite choppy, we were literally riding huge waves which was fun & hard work, so might not be for everyone. Overall, one of the best things we did in Sorrento despite the mix up!

It is a good experience, the group is small and the route quite enjoyable, the guides are very friendly, I recommend to have a good day.
