This is a very big scam and I would not recommend. I chartered the boat tour from this company and they not only tried to charge me extra for fuel when i wasnt supposed to pay more than already listed in the exclusion section (€150), but they also picked a fight with us at the marina. The worker I spoke to leading up to the trip was very polite, but their staff at the marina were extremely aggressive and not nice at all. I absolutely do not recommend this company and I actually also reported them to the coast guard in Sorrento for their aggressive way of asking for money. We were looking really forward to this tour and this ruined our entire day. I have never had a worker treat me like this and am still shocked that this company is in business for how they treat their clients.

I booked a private boat tour with this company for the Sorrento Coast while on vacation in Italy a few months ago. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was promised. I was told the tour was all-inclusive and that snorkeling was provided on board, but there was no snorkeling equipment on board. This was very disappointing, as we booked this tour mainly for the snorkeling experience. Next time I’m in Sorrento, I’ll definitely choose a more reliable company.

We booked a boat tour from Sorrento to Positano and then Capri, and it was a really great experience. Our skipper, Catello, was excellent: professional, kind and always attentive to our wishes. It took us exactly where we wanted, without rushing, making the day relaxed and enjoyable. The scenery was breathtaking and the Service offered great Price quality ratio. Highly recommended!

Was very nice kipper and kinda try explaining where we go and what we see But my problem is we booked privet tour because we wanted explore more around the island and was promise we control where we go (but wasn't like that)also they make a restaurant booking what was crazy expensive for family 5(£370 i paid)so was to little for a massive price…but the kids really liked the boat ride

My family and I had an absolutely perfect day on board with Diamante Blu Charter during our tour of Capri. Everything was flawless from start to finish. Our skipper, Luigi, was amazing, professional, friendly, and truly passionate about his work. He made us feel at home right away, sharing interesting facts about the island and taking us to the most beautiful and less crowded spots. His experience was clear from the very beginning, and his warm personality made the whole day even more enjoyable. During the day, we also stopped at Canzone del Mare restaurant in Capri, where we had a wonderful time, delicious food, a relaxed atmosphere, and breathtaking views of the sea.
