We booked and paid for 4 tickets to the top of the Eiffel Tower 3 months in advance to provide our grandchildren and ourselves with a secured, unforgettable experience. The tour guide we booked informed us at the ticket counter that there were no more tickets available due to overbooking, even though our tickets were reserved, booked, and paid for. In response to our inquiries about what would happen next, the tour guide reacted very annoyed and simply left us standing there. After a live chat with several attempts at Tiqets, we were offered a minor refund. However, the additional price we paid in advance for the top was more than twice as expensive. Much worse than the financial damage is the lost highlight for our grandchildren and for us, as this will not happen again. In the end, we will never book with Tiqets again and strongly advise everyone else against it.

Our guide never showed up. We never got a notice that our tour was cancelled. couldn't reach anyone to help us. Very bad experience!
