This family business was awesome!! Alexsandra and Surgy were very accommodating. They helped us with our pick up location because streets were blocked because the Pope was in town. Surgy gave us a great tour giving us historical insights to Montserrat and the Black Madonna. He also gave us current information on how the Pope visited, the attendence, and logistics of how the Monastery accommodated everyone. The trip home was educational on Barcelona culture. Just returned from a great half day trip from Barcelona to Montserrat. First time doing a private tour and it was great. Sergei was excellent and was very patient with us (we have a tendency to wander off in different directions). The Black Madonna was inspiring and the view from the Cross was amazing. And we had a chance to try some local cheese and honey. Definitely go early - there were no lines and we went at our own pace. Was great getting to know Sergei. Our family (including two young adult kids) had a great time.

Sergey made the day at Monserrat very special. He was informative, professional, considerate and flexible. We did the morning tour which was very nice because it wasn’t crowded and also comfortable as far as temperature. Sergey is also an excellent driver and shows a great deal of respect for his clients. We highly recommend this tour and company.

Sergio was an awesome guide he was fun to talk with and seems to really know his stuff. There was a small amount of miscommunication on both parties but all in all we all had a great time. We got some great views for pictures, we got to taste cheese, he made sure that we all had a great time and that we were okay with the hike.

Sergio was awesome when he makes a suggestion he is usually correct. We got to se so.e amazing views, ride the cable car up, and see an amazing church

It was an amazing experience from the booking through the tour! They were very responsive to the questions we asked in advance. They offered hotel pick up and drop off at a very reasonable fee. Sergey is an amazing tour guide, and an incredible person beyond this tour. It was great to get to know him better. Montserrat is a beautiful place! They recommended the pick up in advance and their knowledgeable recommendation on a morning tour allowed for a wonderful tour prior to all the tour buses dropping off the hoards of people that were coming in as we were leaving. Sergey provided great information on the tour at a very relaxed pace so that we could get the most out of it. I definitely recommend this to anyone considering a private tour. They also have a few other tours that we learned about so we arranged an evening tour with him the same day. He took us to Sitges and this was a great evening tour!!

Sergei picked us up at our hotel. We drove to Monserrat. The tour was amazing! Wear a hat and sunscreen. Take walking sticks. Take a camera /cell phone. We took photos and wandered the grounds. Made for an amazing tour. Sergei was amazing. Lots of knowledge about the monastery and history. He took pictures of our group for great memories. We highly recommend this tour!!!
