Very unprofessional tour operator - they failed to show up. We had a 3.30 tour booked, and when the operator hadn’t arrived by 3.50pm, I contacted Trip Advisor (the third party booking agency we had booked through) who informed me the tour had been cancelled. They confirmed the tour operator had sent me a WhatsApp message to inform me. This was not possible as I do not have WhatsApp. I received no communication via text, Trip Advisor, or email. A simple message could have saved my partner and I a lot of unnecessary travel to the meeting point. I recommend choosing a more professional provider, especially in Monopoli where the weather can be a little unpredictable (even in summer).
Everything was perfect!. The trip and the swimming too. Franceca and Domenico were great! They told us so many things. We will remember them and the beautifull trip over the year to come. The proseco and the foccacio were also great.
Friendly captain and assistant. Plenty of boating experience. Lovely tour to beautiful area. Would have preferred a bit bigger boat but know I’m a little afraid of water activities.

Had an AMAZING time, was initially booked to do this the day before but it was cancelled due to bad weather, this was easily rearranged to the next day, met the team at 9:00am on the dot, 2 other travellers also on the boat, extremely stress free and very informative about the caves and monopoli and Polignano a mare, great restaurant and beach reccomendations used by locals also included! Was also allowed to swim for a while in the sea close to the coves, followed up by some lovely prosecco and aperitif, can't think of anything to complain about!

Great boat tour! The guides were really nice and helpful, took us to see beautiful caves and spots. We had time to jump to the clear beautiful water and swim.
