Great family experience! I'm glad I picked this hot air balloons ride over others since it flew over both Florence and the Tuscan countryside and it was wonderful flying over both. Ivan is very nice and experienced. My family including two children ages 5 and 11 all had a great time. I would recommend this excursion to anyone.

The entire staff was friendly, professional, and well organized. Watching the sun rise over Florence from the balloon was breathtaking. A truly magical experience—highly recommended!

Just do it! This was a life experience and was spectacular! I am terrified of heights but the flight was great and I would do it again. Ivan was our pilot and his family served us so well. He knew I was scared so Ivan flew lower and it was amazing. The take off from Florence was fantastic and flight to the countryside was breath taking. Ivan is the best! My wife loved the experience and said this takes the cake on experiences that we have had together. Your entire family will love it. Do it!

I had been hoping for a hot air balloon ride for ages! Ivan was very kind, accommodating my needs and commitments (I drove him crazy!). Gaia and her entire family were immediately professional and welcoming, as was the rest of the staff. We departed from the center of Florence; it felt like we could touch the dome of the Duomo and then off... towards Cerbaia. Surrounded by nature and silence, we enjoyed the journey slowly enough to savor everything, yet quickly enough not to get bored. The height of the hot air balloon allows you to see everything clearly, but you can also feel the height of the flight... I imagined it would be fantastic, but not this much! Very fun landing, with a lively yet sustainable and enjoyable experience. Final toast and the start of a day, without a doubt, filled with good cheer! I highly recommend it to everyone, even to Florentines like me. Thank you again for everything.
