We had the best time!...
We had the best time! Francesco was a great pilot and guide. We chose the transportation option from our hotel and it helped immensely! It was a great sunrise and we landed to champagne and breakfast bites. The whole crew worked expertly. We would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Florence!

Absolutely Amazing - Fantastic Experience
This was absolutely amazing! The ride was an amazingly beautiful experience, the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire experience from booking to completion was so easy and efficient. Giorgia is so amazing, and her communication was fantastic. Thank you for making our flight so special and something we will always remember.

A magical experience!
A very relaxing and magical experience, very prepared and organized staff, very helpful; despite the duration of the flight, I would have liked to stay in the air longer, it feels really good up there and the flight was made more pleasant also thanks to the pilot who enlivened the experience with funny anecdotes and explanations of the flight maneuvers. The landing was the most fun and adrenaline-filled part as far as I am concerned.

This was a top 5 lifetime experience. Absolutely fantastic with stunning sunrise views. It was our first balloon ride and won't be the last.

Magical experience in Tuscany
A truly magical experience floating above Tuscany. Transportation was coordinated easily. We enjoyed a lively breakfast after the flight finished. Highly recommend adding this experience to your time in Florence!

It was fun. I would have...
It was fun. I would have appreciated the guide talking more about the scenery and information about hot air balloons. There is a tradition about drinking Proseco at the end of the flight and why you drink it but was never offered. It was very expensive for what was offered.

The traditional toast after the flight is a standard and integral part of our experience, and Prosecco is offered to all our guests at the end of every flight, together with breakfast. In this case, our staff confirms that the Prosecco was offered, so we believe there may have been a misunderstanding or the moment may simply have been overlooked. We are sorry if you did not perceive this part of the experience, but we would like to reassure future guests that the toast is always included and offered after the flight.
