Satsuki-san and her associates run a professional photo studio with a very warm and personable approach. Easy to book, in advance and from abroad, for our family of three indoor and outdoor traditional kimono photo session. Impeccable subsequent communication and coordination with the owner, through email and WhatsApp. The studio portion was extremely professional. No one skipped a beat, and the attention to detail was unparalleled. The entire team did an amazing job. They made us feel like the stars of the show from the beginning to the end, not to mention that every piece of clothing and all accessories felt exquisite. Location in the heart of old Gion, on Shinbashi Street, near the Tatsumi bridge, made for wonderful backdrops for our outdoor photos. It was a great moment, strolling on one of the most beautiful streets of old Kyoto during late morning, dressed in traditional festive Edo kimonos . You can’t go wrong no matter the season. Hands down one of the top three lifetime memories we made in Kyoto. Wholeheartedly recommended. Domo arigato gozaimasu, Satsuki-san!
