Our tour guide Hiyori was very knowledgeable of this market and showed up around the place. She had a trainee that was following her and she too was helpful. This was a private tour and Hyori accommodated to our taste which made it even more special.

My wife and I had an incredible tour of the Nishiki Market with Hiyori!!! She was very knowledgeable of the market and local trends!! We learned a lot about the culture and had some great bites!!! Be sure to bring cash as some of the vendors do not accept credit card but Hiyori was so thoughtful and made proper accommodations. Highly recommend if you have an hour or two available to spare in the area!!
