I participated in a distillery tour as one of my trips from Japan to New York. On the day, because there were no other participants, it was one-on-one with the guide tour staff and me, but You were very kind to me even though I don't understand English. (We communicated via a self-developed smartphone translation app.) It was a very good tour experience! Thank you!!

I visited Kings County Distillery today with Ilgar, and Erica was amazing! We were about 10 minutes late but she still welcomed us warmly. She’s super knowledgeable, kind, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell she really enjoys sharing the stories and craft behind each whiskey. The tour was fun, relaxed, and very informative. I ended up buying the Coffee Whiskey, it was my favorite! Definitely worth the visit. .
