The pick spot for tickets is away from the Vatican and not easy to find. The pickup time changed and a message sent via what’s app but my phone rejected it. The contact person was verbally upset when we arrived at the original time.

I purchased the Vatican museum entry ticket for 10:00. The instructions were to arrive 20 minutes before the ticket. Thankfully I planned for 30 mins ahead because I received messages and a call at 9:27 saying I should be there by 9:30. When I arrived, I saw that the ticket was timed for 9:30. It was not difficult finding the office, but somehow I managed to miss it. The staffer was very calm, kind, and understanding directing me by phone and standing outside to help me spot it, while dealing with other guests inside. We were walked to the proper line for entry and he checked to make sure we all ended up in the right place. I went through the scanner at 10:00 and did not have a problem with the ticket.

We had a fantastic experience with the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel skip-the-line tickets. Everything was very well organized, and the staff explained everything clearly from the beginning. The office is conveniently located very close to the Vatican Museums entrance, making the meeting point easy to find. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available to communicate with us and guide us through the process. The skip-the-line service worked perfectly—we entered the Vatican Museums without waiting in the long general ticket line. The price was also very reasonable compared with other companies. Overall, it was a smooth, convenient, and stress-free experience. Highly recommended!

Disgraceful appointment at 5:30 PM to pick up the ticket at a location not adjacent to the museum; at 5:45 PM no one showed up. I contacted support because the agency was not answering the phone; they answered me at 5:50 PM asking for forgiveness. I lost the tickets and the trip to Rome for nothing; the museums close at 6:00 PM. I hope to get a refund as soon as possible.

Really busy place but a must see. Even though a self guided tour the tour company took the time to walk us to the entrance. Nice guys.

Before entering, the staff at the office explained everything perfectly using a map and told us exactly where to go. Skipping the massive line saved us hours. The service was highly professional and made our visit so much easier
