It’s a fabulous introduction to Zürich. Unfortunately, not good for someone who might have back issues and be unable to walk.

Felt rushed the entire time with target goal set by tour guide to get to boat by a certain early time to get a better seat. Cruise was a respite from walk but otherwise little gained knowledge or value.

Our guide Theresa was wonderful. She took us around the Old Town of Zurich sampling chocolate from 3 different chocolatiers which was fun. The boat ride for 45 minutes was somewhat boring. Since this ride ordinarily costs about $9 USD, we basically paid $85 to taste some chocolates. Better would be to replace the boat ride with a tour of the Lindt Chocolate Factory (to keep the chocolate theme) and charge $50-60.

You are missing one part in your calculation — the 30% commission paid to the third-party platform through which the tour was booked. The boat ride is a regular Zurich lake cruise, exactly as advertised. We never advertised a “Titanic experience” or a private boat ride. The price you paid includes a guided Zurich Old Town tour in a small group (not a large group tour with 50 people), the boat cruise, and chocolate tastings at three different chocolatiers. And, of course, you are visiting Switzerland, where prices are generally higher than in many other destinations. We therefore delivered everything that was advertised and included in the experience. We’re sorry that the boat ride was not as enjoyable for you, but we’re glad that you enjoyed the rest of the tour and, especially, Theresa. Safe travels!
Teressa was our guide and not only was she super knowledgeable about the history of all the buildings in Zurich she was absolutely hilarious and very friendly! My wife and I would 10/10 recommend this tour!
