It’s a fun and eye opener one day trip! The tour guide is so nice and has a very good sense of humour!

Our guide Daniel is wonderful! He is responsible, humorous and kind at the same time! After introducing the English version he translated it into Chinese for other travelers to understand. Also gave us a lot recommendations concerning the viewing experience!

Puffing Billy ride is one of the best experience in Melbourne. The tour guide's kindness was an added bonus, Thank you Daniel Yang. He make our tour a comfortable one and relaxing for he was a very attentive and considerate.

The trip was absolutely wonderful and such a memorable experience! Everything went smoothly, from the itinerary and transportation to the sightseeing activities. The places we visited were beautiful, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The service was also excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout the journey. I had a great time and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. I would definitely recommend this experience to friends and family, and I hope to have the opportunity to come back again in the future!

Terrible. Evan's english is hard to understand. He made us go to the zoo and pay additional $33 without us knowing it. All because his english is terrible and we couldn't understand what he said.

I definitely would not recommend this company. This company took me to a stop I didn’t particularly want to go then wouldn’t allow me to use my card to pay for the fee. Instead took me to ATM and made me pay additional fees to pay them back. The stop wasn’t communicated when I purchased the original excursion. A lot of scheme and tactics used that where unnecessary and unfair to your customers.

I booked the small Mercedes group and Jason was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and drove very well. He offered to take pictures and explained everything in detail and was very helpful overall.

Do not book with this operator as you will have zero communications and a ton of confusions. And good luck since you might not get your tour at all.

Great experience! We stopped by Moonlit sanctuary and our tour guide Daniel was friendly and professional Pro tip - if you stop by Moonlit as well check last minute koala encounter ticket, it is not included in the general admission but I was super lucky to get to hang with Koalas
