We had a lovely day out visiting Pamukkale and Hierapolis — both were absolutely beautiful and definitely worth seeing! The highlight of the trip for us was Cleopatra’s Pool, which was such a unique experience. Our guide, Ceyda, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and shared lots of interesting information about the history of the region, which made the visit even more enjoyable. She also went above and beyond when my boyfriend accidentally left his hoodie behind and helped us get it back — we really appreciated her kindness and effort! Highly recommend this trip, and especially Ceyda as a guide! 😊

We had a fantastic day trip to Pamukkale, visiting the beautiful travertines, the ancient theatre, Hierapolis and Cleopatra’s Pool. The whole experience was very enjoyable and well organised. Admission fee 30 euro and Cleopatra 12 euro. Lunch included. A special mention absolutely has to go to our tour guide, Ceyda. She was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. You could clearly see how passionate she is about the history and the places we were visiting. She explained everything really well and was always making sure that everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying the experience. What impressed me even more was her kindness after the tour. I accidentally left my hoodie in the van, and Ceyda personally contacted the agency to help me get it back. She really didn’t have to do that, but she went out of her way to help, which says a lot about her professionalism and character. Overall, we had a brilliant day and I would definitely recommend this tour. The atmosphere was amazing and since was end of September it wasn’t that crowded. And if you get the chance to have Ceyda as your guide, you’re in very good hands!

Wonderfull Experience great guide and grup

The trip to Pamukkale and Hierapolis was an incredible experience, though the day started with a bit of a frustration. We booked a small group tour, but the pickup process was poor because we were given the wrong time in advance, which caused some unnecessary stress at the start of the day. Fortunately, once we were on our way, things improved significantly. The bus was comfortable, and our driver was excellent and drove safely throughout the long journey. It is a long drive, but our guide, Ceyda, made the time pass quickly. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information about what we were going to see. Both Hierapolis and Pamukkale were absolutely amazing, and we were given plenty of free time to explore everything at our own pace. Ceyda was fantastic—she knew so much and gave us just the right amount of information without overloading us. The only downside to the itinerary was the commercial stops. In our opinion, the wine tasting and the onyx factory stop offered no added value and felt like a waste of time on an already long day. Overall, the stunning views of Pamukkale and the excellent guidance from Ceyda made this tour completely worth it.

While staying in Kusadas, I was able to book a day trip to Hierapolis and Pamukkale at the last minute, even the day before, so I suddenly participated in a day tour (9 hours). First, Ceyda, the tour guide, speaks English very clearly, and since she told us many stories from the bus, the two and a half hours to the site were very meaningful. He explained carefully even about Hierapolis and Pamukkale. Since I gave you a lot of free time, I was able to take pictures with my friends at Pamukkale and visit the museum on the grounds. The buffet-style Turkish lunch was also very delicious. Nedim is a skilled driver. The round trip drive of over 5 hours was very comfortable. Thank you so much for giving me such a wonderful experience and time!!

I participated from Kushadas! The guide, Ceyda (Jeda), was really cute and guided us with a smile. Driver Nedim also maintained safe driving throughout, making for a comfortable journey! There is a break about 40 minutes from the gathering, where you can buy breakfast or take a rest. The restroom here was very clean, which was nice. It was very good that you told me about the geographical information of Pamukkale, local specialties, and the origin of place names, including information about Turkey as a whole. After arriving at Hierapolis, we received explanations while touring the ruins, and we had about two hours of free time. You can go all the way to Pamukkale here and spend time freely. Perhaps because there were many people in the Cleopatra pool, I was also grateful that they were flexible with the time. The lunch buffet also had many options and was delicious with a gentle flavor! Stopping by the souvenir shop is unavoidable due to the tour's structure, but I was a little happy that I got to do a wine tasting. There is another place, the Onyx House, where you can see various products made from the local specialty onyx. I couldn't recommend it strongly even if I bought it. Jeda-san's explanation and the process were very good and complete. Pamukkale also seems to have water volume adjustments, but personally, I was able to enjoy a unique view that I couldn't see elsewhere. I recommend you participate if you have the chance.

It was a good trip! The guid, Cemal and the staff it was so kind, friendly and he explain so well for all information. I m impress about the Pamukkale and the area with water and with stones. Also the lunch was tasty, many things to eat. Everything was ok, the pic up and also the return. I recommend the experience and the trip. Thank you, Cemal!
